    Dirty hippie

    This morning I didn’t have a long run so I trekked out to Rockaway Beach for free yoga. It was tremendous, except: one shower later, still have sand on me. Everyone else just kind of brushed off and I came up from the beach looking like a monster. Must’ve been the sunscreen!

    Later I’m looking forward to speedwork on the treadmill, an outdoor concert till I fry and then sweet refuge at the movies.
