1. This week I’m trying out Myfitnesspal even though it has been at least a year since I did any thorough calorie tracking. (For a long time I just wrote down what I ate on paper. Can you believe?) Mostly, I’m looking to find where I can get more nutritional value in my foods and whether (as I suspect) I’m not getting enough protein.
So far, so good, although the calories earned through exercise seem suspiciously high. (I mean, I’m awesome, but am I really that awesome?)
You can tell how super-seriously I’m taking this project by the user picture I chose. Still, cakes consumed so far: 0.
